Who operates ShipReady
ShipReady operates the website at shipready.tools. Privacy-related questions can be sent to support@shipready.tools.
Information entered into tools
Users may enter shipment details, buyer and seller details, product rows, package dimensions, weights, freight message details and checklist inputs. These tool inputs are processed in the browser for the current session so the site can calculate results, generate drafts and create downloadable PDFs.
Local browser processing
ShipReady does not require user accounts or shipment history. Calculator and generator inputs are not intentionally stored by ShipReady on a user account system. Users control whether they copy, download, email or otherwise share generated outputs.
Contact form information
The Contact page uses Web3Forms to submit messages to ShipReady and hCaptcha to help reduce spam. Contact submissions may include name, email address, company name, category, subject, message and safety acknowledgement. Web3Forms and hCaptcha process the information needed to deliver and protect the form.
Email communication
If you email support directly, your email address and message content will be visible to the recipient mailbox and may be retained as needed to respond, maintain support records or handle website operations.
